Karsten Jorgensen, the founder of KEYSTONE, has 25 years of general management experience from companies in different industry sectors. Before founding KEYSTONE he spent 18 years in the role of Managing Director, six of which were spent in the United States.

Karsten succesfully completed several transformation programs both in Europe and in North America. Strong organic sales growth and significant productivity increases were key drivers in all cases but value was also created through acquisitions and post-merger integration processes. He has led very successful on-time ERP-projects and has hands-on design and delivery experience from corporate leadership development programs.

He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, USA where he graduated from the Advanced Management Program as well as of INSEAD, France where he attended the International Executive Program. He originally graduated from the Aarhus Business School in Denmark where he earned a M. Sc. in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, as well as a B. Sc. In International Trade. Karsten is also a certified practitioner of the Hogan Assessment Systems, the leading concept for personality assessment, leadership and team development.
